A Good Catcher Mitt is Worth the Mondey

I signed up to play old man's baseball in the city rec league this year. I'm not a good baseball player, but my own teammates and I are really playing simply for fun. We all thought we'd play the best we could and be able to celebrate a triumph or even a big loss in our favored city bar. They have been our team's sponsor naturally. I made a decision that I preferred to become the catcher for our team.

Well, I didn't actually choose so much as I got chosen. I instantly learned that there was a lot of catchers gear to buy. With luck , this sports activity was not gonna make me poor. Catchers gear includes protective equipment meant to cushion you from the painful impact of the foul ball. For the most part, the baseball catchers gear will not really differ that much from softball protective gear. You would imagine that considering that generally girls play fastpitch softball, competitive softball protective gear would have extra padding as well, however it does not. 1 item that baseball catchers gear features that softball protective gear does not require is a protective cup.
